Bored? Tired of Brushing? Seeing No Results?

1. Don't do everything at once.

Make time don't force. If your goal is to brush for an hour a day you do not necessarily have to brush for an hour all in one setting. For example, you can split your time up during brush sessions into four sessions a day that last for 15 min each. Things take time and most things have a process at least getting 360 waves does. Be consistent and stay motivated by setting time to brush.

2. See No Limits

Don't put to much unneeded pressure on yourself. If you miss, that does not mean it is the end. Sometimes, losing or making mistakes can lead to learning something that you did not know at first. When you make mistakes look for ways to learn from your mistakes and not make the same mistakes twice. You can brush for however long you want but that don't mean your waves are going to be perfect then and there but it does almost guarantee that you will gain improvement. and progress. Sometimes, just by doing it you brush and compress more when you just get into it and let the process create the progress. Brushing for 1 hour is pretty standard for getting dope 360 waves connected and all. When you can get in even more sessions it helps even more. Life ain't perfect, so you have to be able to adjust and make sure you get it done when things ain't perfect.

3. Switch it up.

Try different things, brushes, durags, products, methods etc. Use different methods, like when one method ain't working at a certain level like it used to maybe you need to do something differently to switch it up. One example, you may be wolfing too long every time pushing for 8, 9, or 10 weeks instead of doing that cut down the weeks to wolfing to 4 and gradually increase wolfing over time vice versa you may be wolfing to short maybe you need to wolf longer. Also, if you have a certain texture of hair it can change what you do from what some one else does. Do research to find what works for you especially when you done tried almost everything. In my beginning stages, there were many people I look to learn from I tried their methods even though some had similar hair textures to mines and some didn't but I tried it. I learned I did methods I didn't need in the long run because it didn't fit my texture of hair but I learned that through trial and error.

  • Getting waves is nice but when it becomes a burden it can be just like anything else in life your struggle can either break or make you. I hope this motivates you to brush and put in the time to get waves but most importantly to inspire you to not let hard times make you give up or lose motivation. Just keep pushing and keep finding ways to keep it pushing.
